About the Instructor

Michael Jen began training tae kwon do (TKD) in junior high and later trained in Japanese jujitsu during high school. When he began college in in the summer of 1991, Michael began to study Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. Ten years later, in 2001, Michael earned the rank of black belt in BJJ. What format are the DVD's?

Our DVD's are professionally pressed. We do not used DVD-R. However, keep in mind that with our DVD's and even professionally pressed Hollywood movies on DVD, there are rare occurrances of compatibility problems. The reason is that there are no universal standards between the companies that make the DVD's players, discs, and software.

I don't hear any audio when watching the DVD's. How can I fix this problem?

You need to make an adjustment to the audio settings on your DVD player. Deselect STREAM/PCM and choose either PCM ONLY or DOLBY DIGITAL/PCM.
