Can the sets be broken up and the DVD's be bought individually?

No, each DVD set must be purchased as a set.  The individual DVD's within the set may not be purchased separately.

How much is shipping for international orders?

It depends on the country and what you ordered due to the fact that our shipping charges depends on the weight. You can call or e-mail us to find out that information.

How long does it take for me to get my merchandise once it has been ordered?

Unlike other companies, you don't need to wait over a month to get your order. We send all US domestic orders by USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail usually takes between 3-4 working days after the you ordered.  You will generally receive your order in under a week. All international order are sent by USPS Air Mail which usually takes about 7-10 working days. If you have not received your international order within that amount of time, it is generally a result of your countries Customs.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. If a DVD is defective or if you receive an incorrect order, we will gladly correct the mistake at no extra charge.
