Streaming video is initially difficult to watch with a 56K dial-up modem connection and is best viewed with a high speed internet connection. If you are using a 56K dial- up modem, allow the entire video to download first and then re-play it again.
I have a high speed internet connection and the streaming video is not working properly. How do I fix this problem?
- Upgrade to the latest version of Windows Media Player from Microsoft.
- Turn off all anti-virus software while you are watching the streams.
- In the Windows Media Player options, set the buffering to 20-30 seconds.
- Clear your web brower's cache to ensure you have enough space to buffer the stream. In Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options > and click on "Delete Files..." (located beneath the Temporary Internet Files heading)
- If you are using AOL and cannot view the streams, contact AOL customer service.
