About the Instructor

Michael Jen began training tae kwon do (TKD) in junior high and later trained in Japanese jujitsu during high school. When he began college in in the summer of 1991, Michael began to study Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. Ten years later, in 2001, Michael earned the rank of black belt in BJJ.
